Las Vegas Meal Deal: Promenade Cafe, JW Marriott

Tonight was my first time trying out the $7.99 three course meal at the Promenade Cafe located inside the JW Marriott on Rampart (right by the Suncoast Hotel & Casino, near the Charleston/Rampart cross-section). What a pleasant surprise! Included in the price was a drink (soda, hot tea, coffee, or iced tea), an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. If you are in the mood for meat and potatoes and aren't craving anything sweet, then you can get an even better deal at $5.99.

I had the house salad, vegetarian eggplant lasagna, a hot tea, and a chocolate mousse cake. However, many options are available, so I'm excited to return and test out another combination. Ready for some of the combination ideas? Disclaimer: This isn't a complete list as I believe I missed some of the dishes.

Appetizer Offerings
- Shrimp Cocktail
- House Salad
- Cup of Soup (tomato basil, chicken noodle, or the soup of the day)
- Crispy Chicken Flings (basically boneless chicken meat, a dipping sauce, and carrots & celery sticks)
- Relish Plate (carrots, celery sticks, pickles, olives, peppercinis, and ranch dressing)
- Potato Skins (potato skins, chedder cheese, green onions, sour cream, etc.)

Entree Offerings
- Grass-fed Beef Sliders
- Lamb Shank
- Eggplant Parmesan Lasagna
- Bone-in Ham Steak
- Fillet of Sole
- Meatloaf

Dessert Offerings
- Rice Pudding
- Apple Cobbler
- Chocolate Mousse Cake

As you can see, there are many options and I found my selections this evening to be quite satisfying. I'll definitely return another day.

This sounds like such a great deal. I wish we had something like this here. Well, we have TGIFridays and they are running a deal, I think, kinda like this. But yours is better because its in Las Vegas.
Glad your back.

Yum Yum! That sounds delicious, and what a great deal! I had the local DQ deal the other day: $2.99 got me a bacon cheeseburger and a bag of fries. I think your deal was waaaaay better than mine! LOL :)

That veggy eggplant lasagne sounds really good. I've never had that before, but I like eggplant!
That is one great thing about living in Las Vegas is the great deals on eating out. The station Casino's sometimes offer the 3 course meal for a little more
$9.99. My husband and I love to go to the Rainbow Casino in Old Henderson for Breakfast. A compleate breakfast with biscuits and gravy on weekdays is $1.79 yum, yum.
Another great deal is going out to Lake Las Vegas on the weekend and Listening to Jazz on the Lake. It's free. Just bring a blanket and
kick back and listen to the great music. The only drawback is its a little warm sometimes. It start at 7:00 pm and it really is fun.

Love your blog

Linda
