Lovely Las Vegas: Jamms Restaurant, Las Vegas
Over the weekend, I was excited to catch up with some old friends for coffee and brunch. We wanted to find a spot within the middle of the widespread Las Vegas Valley, so of course we chose the long standing local favorite, Jamms Restaurant.
Located in the northwest shopping center of Rainbow and Charleston Blvd, this quaint family owned diner has been up and running since 1997. However, not only locals are raving about this place, as it has been featured on the Travel Channel TV show Man Finds Food!
Jamms widespread menu boasts all of your local diner favorites such as a variety of pancakes, omelets and coffee of the gods! What Jamms has to offer kicks it a giant step up above the rest. Their famous “Pots of Bread” are steaming, soft and made fresh daily. They offer a variety of flavors such as cinnamon raisin, pumpkin, and strawberry, chocolate or just plain for us who enjoy simply pleasures. Their special Jamms French toast is covered in crunchy corn flakes, they have French toast sticks for the kids, breakfast burritos, traditional meat and eggs, lunch options for those wanting more variety, and they even have low carb options!
For those who love a simple cup a coffee, Jamms offers it up in their giant Jamms mugs, knowing full well that a raucous breakfast with friends and family requires a lot of coffee. Today, I chose to keep it simple with their pancake combo which had two pancakes, two eggs scrambled (my choice) and two strips of bacon. I had to steal a picture of my friends Ham and Eggs Benedict (see below... yum, yum...right!?!?)

Overall, if you are looking for a family friendly restaurant with a variety of delicious options, Jamms is the Cheers of breakfast dining! It’s where everybody knows your name…and how you take your coffee ;)
